Panagsama Beach

The property is under renovation and was not informed from the website. So it was very dusty even inside the room. The staff is very helpful, friendly and attentive. I requested to re clean the toilet as it was not properly cleaned and someone did came and clean it. Over all it is a lovely place when renovation is done. We had a good time. We did not swim on the beach though as it was low tide.

Pictures in website do not match with the hotel inventories kindly update cause it's misleading.. It was comfy yet we could have enjoyed it more if we get what we booked as advertised

It stared bad due to pest control issues. We had to move rooms 3 times. The manager on duty was nice enough to upgrade us. I got a room on the 7th floor with balcony and I think that’s also the reason why we found a cockroach because it’s adjacent to the pool area. We were then moved to a higher floor. All the staff were very pleasant especially the concierge during the pm shift. Regardless of what happened I will still give everyone credit
