ホテルは設備、清潔さ、従業員のサービス、全て素晴らしい。パンプローナの街自体が小さいのでそれほど大変ではないが、ホテルのすぐ近くに商店やレストランが無いので、少し歩かなくてはならない。バスは頻繁に通っているが、ホテルから離れたところにしかバス停が無い。

資金に余裕があれば是非
サンフェルミン祭に参加するために利用しました。価格はかなり高いのですが、価格に見合うだけのサービスと品質は期待できます。部屋は最高に清潔で広く、快適です。地上階のプールも素晴らしく、このあたりで最上級のホテルであると言う噂も納得できます（地元の人が言うには、オサスナと対戦するために来るリーガの選手が宿泊するホテルなのだとか……メッシやロナウドが泊まるそうです）。スタッフも丁寧な対応で、かなり込み入った質問にも回答してくれました。 ただ、サンフェルミンに参加するために利用するには、少し遠いと思いました（真夏の徒歩で15分程度）。

El proceso de check in no pudo ser más lento. En mi reserva ya había pagado la tercera persona en una de las habitaciones y me dijeron que no había pedido la cama supletoria. Me quieren cobrar un cargo extra de 40 euros cuando ya he pagado por la 3 persona. Mis hijos han intentado entrar al SPA y el agua estaba tan fría que se han tenido que ir.

Excelente hotel
El hotel es excelente en cuanto a habitación, baño, servicios del hotel como el spa, etc. Para repetir. Se puede ir andando al centro en unos 20 minutos aproximadamente.

The rooms and staff are worthy of 5 star hotels. The staff very efficient in troubleshooting any issues. Rooms are modern. Only critique is that they claim to have a workout facility but not too much thought went into it. 2 heavyweight punching bags. Cowbells for weights and one bicycle and one treadmill. They open at 9am. Too nice of a hotel for that to be the case

No apto para alérgicos, el olor a cerrado o debido a los materiales y la alfombra, además del polvo que tenían los muebles no es digno de un hotel de esa categoría. Falta de intimidad a la hora de utilizar el baño, es precioso pero poco funcional. Desayuno escasísimo. Atención exquisita tanto en recepción como en el desayuno.

Only slight criticism was the lack of choice for room service dining,as we had our dog with us eating in the restaurant wasn’t an option.
