Our room (#416) was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. However, we were unable to lower the temperature so it was uncomfortable. The worse part about this room was the AC/ Heater unit. It was extremely loud when it would turn on and would wake us up. This happened about every 10 minutes, ALL night long. We got no sleep. I was disappointed since the hotel was nice and convenient for our stay.

When we arrived we had to wait some time for anyone to come to reception to check in. Room was ok but the floor was pretty grubby. We had no hot water, we told them & she said the plumber was working on it. We did get hot water not long after, then our air conditioning wiuldt work. It was about 30 ...
