Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette belle maison au milieu des oliviers. A 45 minutes en voiture de Rome. De beaux couchers de soleil, une magnifique vue sur la campagne.. très paisible. Cristina nous a très bien accueillis

Romantic and amazing house in countryside Italy

We rented the house with a group of 10 friends. The house was very beautiful, well equiped, with a wonderful view and romantic sunset. Perfect for a proposal! The hosts are very friendly. They communicate smooth, welcomed us warmly and helped us in all possible ways. If you like a nice house and love to chill, this is the perfect place! There are not a lot of main tourist attractions close to Palombara Sabina, so a car is a must have! Be also prepared that the house is quite remote so the wifi and general connection are not the best. We had a great time and had so much fun in the house!

Holiday near Rome

This is a wonderful property, set in an absolutely stunning position with fabulous views. The accomodation is finished to a high standard and the pool and surrounding gardens are a delight. We hope to return!

Incredible house in a beautiful area

Couldn't have been happier with our stay. The host helped us find the property on the first night and kept in communication throughout our stay. The views are immense, and the house is tastefully decorated.

This property and especially the outside space is beautiful a big pool for the kids many seats in shadow and sun with great views and still rome nearby (45 min). The house was very clean with big and very peaceful sleeping rooms! The living and kitchen were, when compared to the rest of the house a bit sparce decorateded and equiped, which you mainly notice on a raining day only

Einfach traumhaft

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit dem unglaublichen Garten. Von dem Anwesen inmitten der Olivenhaine mit dem unglaublichen Rundumausblick auf die Landschaft, dem liebevollen Garten und dem tollen Pool waren wir von der Ankunft an überwältigt - ein traumhaftes Stück Erde, dass wir eine Woche lang genießen durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr nett empfangen und uns bei Fragen und Problemen sehr gut unterstützt und geholfen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles, Cristina. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder, auch wenn der Weg sooo weit ist.

A perfect vacation

Simply a perfect stay! The house and surroundings are superb, really nicely decorated. This was our second stay with our family, the first time with our one-year old baby. Everything was arranged to satisfaction, highly recommended.

Excellente location !

Notre séjour, en octobre 2022, a été parfait dans cette maison: grand logement dans un parc très étendu, jeux pour les ados, décoration soignée ET fonctionnelle, rien n'a été laissé au hasard. Nous étions 10, et chacun a trouvé un espace pour lui. De plus, Cristina répond aux questions très rapidement quand elles se posent, et donne de très précieuses indications (faire ses courses à Eurospin par exemple...). Je recommande cette location, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Splendida posizione e fantastico panorama

Il casale si trova in cima ad un colle circondato da ulivi. Dotato di ogni comfort, perfetto per chi ama la privacy. Il panorama è davvero spettacolare ed offre dei tramonti invidiabili. Cristina ed Adriano sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili ad intervenire in caso di necessità. In realtà devo dire di non aver utilizzato la connessione internet gentilmente fornita, in quanto il cellulare funzionava perfettamente. Lo consiglio vivamente per passare con amici o familiari delle giornate in tranquillità.

Wundervolles Anwesen!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen zu Gast in Palombara Sabina. Das Haus und der Garten darum herum war wunderschön - die Aussicht ist umwerfend und es gibt jede Menge kleine schöne Ecken um zu Entspannen und die Zeit zu genießen. Wir haben zwei schöne Restaurants in der Nähe gefunden in denen wir sehr gut gegessen haben und in Palombara Sabina gibt es alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Fahrt nach Rom mit dem Zug dauert incl. Anfahrt mit dem Auto zur Bahnstation Piana Bella ca. 45 Minuten - das ist sicherlich stressfreier als mit dem Auto nach Rom zu fahren. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich freundlich und haben uns nett begrüßt und Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gepflegt und wirklich sehr schön. Leider ist der Weg von zuhause so weit - sonst würden wir sicher schnell wiederkommen!

Un magnifique lieu de séjour

Comme l'ont indiqué de précédents vacanciers : très belle et vaste propriété, accueil chaleureux et attentionné (de plus Cristina parle un français parfait), logement très confortable. Vue magnifique sur la campagne romaine et les villages voisins, coucher de soleil sublime que l'on contemple depuis une terrasse où l'on peut s'installer pour dîner. Très grande piscine, très bien entretenue et équipée. Gare à dix minutes de voiture, un train toutes les demi-heures pour Rome (Tiburtina). Randonnées possibles dans le parc naturel voisin (il y a du dénivelé). Bonne pizzeria et détaillants alimentaires bien achalandés à Morricone (5 minutes en voiture). Au total une très bonne adresse et nous espérons bien revenir !

abbiamo trovato un bellissimo posto dove poter trascorrere una settimana insieme. a parte le comodità offerte e la gentilezza dei proprietari la vicinanza al Roma facilmente raggiungibile, permette escursioni culturali imperdibili. non dipendente dai proprietari, la zona non è coperta sufficientemente da rete telefonica e internet che per certi aspetti non farebbe neanche male.

Beautiful property in the countryside

We had a wonderful stay at this property. As other reviewers have said, the property is even more beautiful in person. We felt welcomed immediately, especially with a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us. The kids in the group had fun in the pool, playing ping pong and soccer and seeing all the wildlife. The property is also well situated for day trips to Rome and Tivoli. We would definitely come back! Thank you Cristina and Adriano!

Fantastisch huis

Een ontzettend mooi n ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is enorm, heel mooi en schoon, goed onderhouden. Wij waren erg blij met de vele zitjes en ligbedden die rondom het gehele huis op meerdere verdiepingen aanwezig waren. Het huis is erg schoon en mooi gestyled. De prachtige foto's op de site zijn een schim van hoe mooi het in werkelijkheid is.

Great house

The house is very spectacular with a great view. You are by your own, no noise from trafic or neighbors. However we were missing a dishwasher in one of the kitchen. Adriano were very helpful and solved the problem that occured very fast. It was a great pool.

Traumhaft gelegenes Anwesen

Wir haben uns auf dem Anwesen mit seinen vielen liebevollen Ecken, dem wunderschönen Garten, dem tollen Pool und den schönen Zimmern sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war um für 10 Leute zu kochen etwas spartanisch, aber dafür wurde der Pizzaofen aktiviert. Es war eine wunderbare Woche.

Beautiful House with fantastic views

We stayed in the house with 15 people in May and had an absolutely wonderful time! The house has a beautiful and gigantic garden and many places to sit, have dinner, relax and enjoy the 360° view of the mountains, the close-by towns and the river valley. Our favorite place was the terrace by the smaller apartment, where we enjoyed the sunset during dinner almost every day. All 6 bedrooms are large and bright and also offer beautiful views. There is also enough space in the living and dining rooms in case of bad weather. The pool is large and well kept and was used almost permanently by our group. The hosts, Cristina and Adriano are super nice and were available at all times in case of any problems. Thank you for having us! We will hopefully return soon!

Traumurlaub und dolce vita

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene , drei Teenager plus Hund) haben fast zwei Wochen in Cristina und Adriano’s wunderschönem Casone verbringen dürfen.Bereits im Vorfeld wurden alle Fragen schnell beantwortet und am Tag der Anreise hat uns Adriano schon dort empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Im ersten Stock 4 gleichgroße Doppelzimmer mit atemberaubendem Ausblick in alle Himmelsrichtungen , komfortable Matratzen und jeweils einer üppigen Bettdecke.Wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen.2 moderne Badezimmer. Das Wetter war noch angenehm warm, so dass wir auch Mitte Oktober den großen Pool noch nutzen konnten.( Poolservice ganz diskret morgens von Alessandro nach Ankündigung erledigt) Ausflüge in die Umgebung nach Tivoli, Rieti, Fregene , Ostia haben wir mit dem Auto unternommen, nach Rom war die Anfahrt ( 40min) im Zug am angenehmsten. Der Bahnhof ist vom Ferienhaus in nur 10min per Auto zu erreichen und fast alle 30min gibt es eine Verbindung nach Tiburtina. Es ist uns allerdings zunehmend schwer gefallen, sulcolle zu verlassen- einfach im Garten die unzähligen Blickwinkel auf Hügel, Olivenhaine, Städtchen zu richten , zu lesen, zu schwimmen , Tischtennis/Tischkicker zu spielen und zu entspannen- ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und dennoch viele Möglichkeiten, die Umgebung zu erkunden! Durch das praktische Pocket -Wifi konnten die Jugendlichen in Ruhe auch mal ungestört draußen ‘ daddeln’. Unkomplizierte An/Abreise ; gut ausgestattete Küche; Cristina und Adriano- ihr seid die besten Gastgeber und habt mit eurem sulcolle wirklich ein ganz besonderes Schmuckstück erschaffen! Wir haben uns gefühlt, als wären wir Teil einer italienischen Familie , die das Haus so bewohnt, als wäre es ihr eigenes. Hoffentlich können wir eines Tages wiederkommen. Grazie mille….
