"We decided on renting this house for a family function down in Royal Palm. This house was recently renovated and very welcoming with how it is decorated and equipped with high end appliances. The property backs up to a canal with all sorts of birds that we watched from the screened in room. The master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor was very spacious along with the 2 bedrooms and bath on the second floor. The dining area and living room has plenty of room to eat and kick back and there was also a half power room which was nicely decorated in that area also. You can either walk or hop in your car to shopping centers on both sides of the road that has plenty of options. The host Lori was available via text if we needed to contact her during our 5 day stay. We would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay there again when the need arises."

"Perfect base for my two-week stay working at the Horse Show. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing — clean, comfortable and well organised. Ideal for one person, probably a little snug for two, although there is good storage with a large wardrobe and additional closet in the bedroom.Communication with the host was excellent and very responsive, which made everything straightforward.A very easy and comfortable place to stay, and I would happily return."
