Quiet and comfortable non smoking home, close to area attractions, Florida State Parks where hiking and kayaking through Florida’s beautiful estuaries will bring peace and relaxation. Close to: Tampa, Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key/Sarasota. Museums and local eateries with excellent meal offerings. Community pool/hot tub, lending book library at the clubhouse, pickle ball, putting green and corn hole. Two bedroom and two bathrooms. Toaster, coffee pot, well appointed kitchen, linens, towels, pool towels, washer and dryer. Air conditioning and heat. 50 dollar per person fee for criminal background check.
