「We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. 「Lovely clean well appointed property, the best of multiple properties we stayed in during our trip. Sonja is just a fantastic host and the town and restaurants were most enjoyable, a great small town experience.」

"本当に想像以上でした！いつも口コミとか書かないですが、良すぎたので書きます！まず部屋がとても清潔です。日本のビジネスホテル以上です。 5日間宿泊しましたが毎日清掃丁寧にしてくださいます。タオルも交換してくれます。ただ、坂の下にあるのでスーツケースはしんどかったです(笑) 接客もとてもよかったです。またリスボン行く時は絶対使います！"

"綺麗で落ち着いたホテルでした。週末の夜は一階のバーがクラブ営業しているようですが、お部屋は静かで快適に過ごせました。丁寧なサービスのホテルマンによりとても心地よく過ごせ感謝です。特に朝食が素晴らしかったです。朝からピアノの生演奏を聴きながら優雅な朝食をいただけました。客層も高齢の方々が多く、のんびりと落ち着いた滞在ができました。オススメです。"
