"Fantastic property with great views of the mountains and oceans. Lots of wildlife with monkeys, pizotes, macaw’s, hawks & other beautiful birds. The location was excellent. Easy access to main road with a lot of great restaurants and golf in 10 minute range. Fresh fish, fruits and vegetables also available from roadside vendors. The Infiniti pool was very rejuvinating. Our property manager Olmer was incredible. Lots of local knowledge and available for questions. "

"We had 12 people ranging from 2.5 to 61 years old and all loved staying here. Each room is comfortable, has a bathroom and all but the kids room have a spectacular view from them. We chose days specifically to hang out at the house because the pool and views were incredible. We saw monkeys near the house and a ton of different birds. It was truly paradise!!"

"The property was well maintained and clean. Came with everything needed for the stay. Very comfortable accommodations! Would highly recommend staying at this property. One issue was difficulty in finding the property. We drove around for an hour in the area trying to find it. Would recommend better lighting and/or signage to avoid this in the future. "

"Take me back! We had two incredible weeks at Villa Paraiso and I wish we could have stayed longer. When we arrived the four of us were literally jumping for joy - it was everything we’d hoped for: luxury, space, views, seclusion. We did plenty of activities and spent lots of time out and about but it was awesome to be able to balance it with chill days at the villa, splashing about in the pool, cooking, and enjoying being surrounded by nature. "The location was very nice. Unfortunately, the towels and especially the sheets were very dirty. After we complained, we received new towels but no new sheets. The mosquito nets were broken in many places, allowing a lot of insects to get into the house. The couch was also badly damaged, but instead of replacing it, a blanket was put over it. The refrigerator is rusted on the outside. Both toilets/bathrooms couldn't be closed. Overall, unfortunately, only 5/10. "

"We were actually the first guests to stay at this property, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, clean, and the ocean view is a beautiful bonus. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Uvita, making the location very convenient.To reach the house, you do need to go through a short rough road, around 150 meters. "A very beautiful and well maintained home with a view of the Pacific Ocean. The property manager lives a short distance from the house and was quick to respond to the few complaints we had. This home is a bit on the remote side and internet service was intermittent during the day, but as long as you're not planning on doing a lot of work form home it shouldn't be an issue. Several nice restaurants and things to do within a short drive."

"The hotel itself is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. The hotel offered exactly what I was looking for which was rest relaxation and enjoying nature. The staff was friendly and very courteous and attentive to all of my needs. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was 100% satisfactory, which it was. It was my 50th birthday and the fact that the staff all went out to wish me well on my special day and having the room set up as a surprise birthday was memorable and I truly appreciate everyone there. The food was good, but overall amazing amazing amazing"
