The staff was friendly and the pool was exceptional! We enjoyed the heated pool as it rained over us that first night. The next day, before checking out, we had to extend our stay for a few hours, and the front desk was able to accommodate, so thank you guys for that. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, but I know for a fact that we'll be back.

It worked out well, great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are located across the street when you check in, but that's fine. The place isn't terribly fancy, but the price is right and clean and comfortable. Lots of kvetching in reviews I read before I left. They do have privacy curtains and they did have sheets and towels that were clean and efficient. They are also dog friendly so my little fur baby came with me on the weekend. You can get drinks and food across the street in the more bougie property if you need to. For a few nights, it's great actually.

We loved the suite - it had so much room and was very comfortable, with the pool just outside our door. We would love to come back here, it was close to everything we wanted to do and the staff was friendly, although we didn't see them much (because we didn't need them). The only thing I'd suggest for the property is to do checks in the rooms for maintenance. Our cabinets in the bathroom were broken, but it wasn't so bad we couldn't enjoy every other part of our trip!

The Staff, Especially Dutch at the front desk is the best host in Palm Springs! I highly recommend staying with one of their properties! You’ll enjoy Palm Springs so much more, staying at a 5 star hotel!

I am a frequent visitor to PS and have stayed from luxury to budget. I found the Three Fifth for a last minute trip and did not want to drive anyplayce. The Three Fifty is a small, reasonably priced gem right downtown one block off of Palm Canyon on a quiet street. Yes, it's a renovated and updated 1950's "motel", but done with style giving it a true Palm Springs vibe.
The large pool (with adjacent jacuzzi) is surrounded by high end chaise lounges and plush towels.

Juneteenth overnighter

Stayed on Juneteenth for a Mother-Daughter overnight trip and practically had the entire place to ourselves. Nice pool, comfy firm bed, continental breakfast provided in the morning. Have stayed here a few times now over the years and would definitely stay again.

This is an adults only hotel, which made the stay very pleasant. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. We stayed in the suite and it was very spacious.

Check in at La Serena was easy. Property was clean. The unit was just ok: roomy, bed was comfortable, lighting was dim, bathroom cramped and no counter space. Very convenient and walkable to downtown: that's really what you're paying for. Pool and hot tub, chaises very nice and clean. Staff was excellent.

The property is very unique looking as it is more of a boutique hotel. The front desk representative was very friendly and eager to help me with any question I had. The property is located within downtown Palm Springs and everything is within walking distance. Very good location

Our stay here was so laughably bad. Check-in took 15 minutes in line across the street and another 35 minutes to figure out whether the room had been cleaned yet (this was well after check in time). The nice guy working at the desk kept calling for help but no one picked up. The back patio was covered with a pile of wet towels and scraps of damaged flooring. The room smelled like paint, but it was probably glue from fixing the damaged vinyl floor. The mood lighting was just painter's tape stuck to the bulb. The shower didn't drain. The hot water in the shower took about four minutes to warm up and when it ran out, the shower just turned off altogether. The sink barely dribbled out any water. The sink cabinet had drawers that were stuck wide open. The living area was just hard patio furniture. The sheets were stained. There was loud music piped from a speaker above the front door. The curtains don't fully cover the windows. This place has a great location and the guy at the desk was kind. It's a shame that he didn't have the support he needed or the maintenance folks to deliver on a quality stay. This hotel is photogenic but don't let the photos fool you. I'm sure the AI response from them will say that they're glad that I enjoyed the location and staff, and that they are committed to addressing maintenance concerns, but if you read the reviews closely, you'll see that they've been saying this for half a year and they clearly haven't made any changes.

We loved out stay at The Three Fifty Hotel. It is a Mid-century hotel conveniently located just a block from main st and wakable to many delicious restaurants and great shops. The pool was amazing! The place was very clean and well appointed. The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because some of the blinds in our room were broken so the window was not covered all the way to offer full privacy. Otherwise everything was excellent! I definitely recommend this place and will be back.

Pool and spa ahhhhh

We enjoyed the very welcoming, friendly staffs at check in. Offered champagne and lemonade as refresher, and personally helped with luggages and assessing ev charger on site. The bed, room, surfaces and flooring were all well cleaned. The pool area were attended to and tidied with towels and water. Oh! The 82 degree salt pool was the best for night time hanging outside of room! Landscaping and grounds were also pleasantly maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and pleasantly surprised by the wonderful staffs.

Came to the hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was a great weekend. There could have been more umbrellas around the pool. The staff was nice, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It was located in a great area where it was walking distance from stores and restaurants.

Loved the location & the staff was absolutely a delight to deal with.Wed definitely return. Yes, they have no working ice machine, but they have a ice cooler by the pool stocked with ice and if you need more you can go across the street to where you check in and they’ll give you some more!

Cute hotel with dated trimmings

I didn't go in the pool this trip because I was there for modernism but I've been at this hotel before and the pool and hot tub are the best part. They are clean and you have a lovely view of the mountains and the fun giant duck floaty. However, I was hoping to say better things about the state of the hotel now that there's new management, and while some things have improved (better air conditioning), some little things really make the experience sub par. Firstly, leave instructions int the room for the various remotes. Second, cleanliness is next to godliness especially at hotels. I found hair in the towels and what looked like blood on the wall of my room. Also the bathroom window of my unit #1 opened all the way and was wider open when I came back to the hotel then when I left my room that morning. Not safe. The breakfast is a handful of yogurts, and muffins and subpar coffee. Mind you I've just gotten back from Greece where every hotel has a massive buffet included with your stay, but I digress. Better breakfast please, or just don't advertise it. A cute candy on the bed, a note of thanks. A curtain rod that doesn't all off when I hand my towels on it. All the little things that can take this cute hotel in a perfect location to the next level. For this price, it beats Twin Palms any day. Hugs.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice to be greated with champagne. The 3 hotels here are very cute. Check the room out when you check in and make sure it’s cleaned (the bathroom was slightly gross). Check the remotes, especially HVAC, to make sure there are good batteries in them as *all* of them were out of batteries.
