    Terra Cotta Terrace is a private Mid Century inspired 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in the serene Little Tuscany neighborhood of Palm Springs.

    Enjoy stunning mountain views from your spacious private terrace or enjoy the 4 person splash pool which is also a jacuzzi with massaging jets. Please note $15/day charge for pool heat.

    Terra Cotta Terrace is 7 minutes by car to an array of exciting restaurants and entertainment in downtown Palm Springs.

    The Little Tuscany neighborhood of Palm Springs hugs our famous San Jacinto mountain and is dotted with beautiful homes. It's a quiet and serene part of Palm Springs perfect for a stroll or bike ride.

    Downtown Palm Springs to the south is a mere 7 minutes by car.

    A 2 car garage is available upon request. Street parking is also available.
