Inside, it's open and bright. The living room has a fireplace and flows into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, cookware and a Miele espresso machine for slow desert mornings.



Bedrooms 1 to 4: King bed in each.

Bathrooms: 3 full baths, so mornings run smoothly with a full house.

Laundry: washer and dryer in the home.

Cabana: a separate cabana on the property.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours, inside and out, including the backyard and pool. Self check-in is by secure door code. The driveway fits three cars, and there's street parking if you need more.



The Neighborhood:

The house is on a quiet residential street in Palm Springs, the kind where you hear birds in the morning and see the mountains all day.



Downtown is a short drive. Palm Canyon Drive has most of the action, with restaurants like Workshop Kitchen + Bar, coffee at Ernest Coffee, vintage shopping and weekend art walks. The Aerial Tramway and several golf courses are about 15 minutes away, and Indian Canyons hiking about 20.



Coming for Modernism Week? Most events are a short drive. For Coachella or Stagecoach, the Empire Polo Club in Indio is about 45 to 50 minutes away.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore Palm Springs and the nearby towns. Palm Springs International Airport is about 10 to 15 minutes away, and Uber and Lyft are readily available. The driveway fits three cars, with street parking if you need it.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private heated pool for the exclusive use of guests, set against the San Jacinto Mountains. There is no spa or hot tub. The pool heater is switched on manually at the equipment area - there is no remote or app control - so please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you would like it heated.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

There are no mandatory extra fees for standard use. Pool heating is charged separately and is capped at $1,000 per month for monthly stays.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
