The Space:

Your dream vacation awaits in this sun-drenched, mid-century home featuring stunning post-and-beam architecture and serene mountain views. This remodeled rancho-style home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fun.



The spacious interior comfortably accommodates your group with a thoughtful layout and modern amenities.



Key Features:

* Bedrooms: Three bedrooms total. Two rooms feature comfortable King beds, and one features a Queen bed.

* Fitness Center: The garage has been converted into a private fitness center with exercise equipment for your use.

* Living Area: Relax by the cozy indoor fireplace.

* Bathroom: Unwind in the jetted bathtub.



Private Outdoor Oasis:

* Sparkling swimming pool (heating available for a fee).

* Relaxing hot tub (spa heating is complimentary!).

* Outdoor fire pit for cool desert evenings.

* Private putting green.

* Corn hole for outdoor fun.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms and living spaces. You will also have full access to the converted garage fitness center and all outdoor amenities within the fully-fenced yard, including the private pool, hot tub, fire pit, and putting green.



The Neighborhood:

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:



1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.



2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.



3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).



4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).



5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (8 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.



6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (4 cars max)



7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.



8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.



9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.



**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

In compliance with City of Palm Springs regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in; all adult occupants must also confirm that they have read the City’s Good Neighbor Brochure. *Verification and contracts are submitted through an alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation**



*** Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times when possible for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



***CANCELLATION POLICY:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines. Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.



*** OPTIONAL POOL / SPA HEATING: ***

Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.



*** Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $75 is required for all stays with pets to cover additional deep cleaning.



*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
