Great condo only five minutes from downtown. Very clean and well stocked. Great patio with hot tub, grill and fire pit. Owner very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Another Relaxing Stay!

We love the privacy of the courtyard and plunge pool/spa. Condo is centrally located to our favorite restaurants and golf. Fully equipped and stocked kitchen. Bed is very comfortable. Charles is always responsive and helpful.

Perfect spot in Palm Springs

This condo was immaculate and well appointed, with high end linens and cupboards of dishware and glasses. The patio is just as pictured, with pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen. Our host, Charles, was very attentive. Access was easy and parking right outside. Quick to get into Palm Springs and the other dessert towns are not far away. Highly recommend this rental.

We had great weather; enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit; great kitchen- perfect accommodations for two; quiet and peaceful; close to downtown; excellent host. Hummingbird in her nest outside the front door made our stay a little extra special.

Excellent Property!

This was property lived up to its billing. Clean, comfortable, & had everything we needed. The outdoor space is great-wish we could have stayed longer. Very close to down town Palm Springs and about 20 minutes to several golf courses in the area. The owner also gave clear instructions about accessing the property. Would definately return.

The perfect villa in Palm Springs.

The villa is fully equipped, comfortable and cozy inside and out. Great location. Charles was available for our questions. The villa was exactly as posted in the photos and somehow more beautiful.

Beautiful and relaxing

This property is exactly like photos! The condo was clean and very comfortable. Charles had details and photos of how everything worked in the condo. We did not have any problems at all! Our favorite part was the outdoor patio space! It was nice to have breakfast on the patio to start our day and then relax in the lounge chairs in the afternoon with a good book or take a little nap. We spent the evenings in the spa with the beautiful starry nights. The spa heated up very quickly and again the directions were perfect! This has been our favorite VRBO so far and we will definitely be back!

Such a lovely condo - very quiet and comfortable. The outdoor patio space is so enjoyable! Spa heats up quickly and water feature is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and ceiling speakers with Wi-Fi connection was such a delight. Hoping to stay here again in the future!

Home away from home

This accommodation surpassed all of our expectations! It was top of the line with every little detail thought of. Check in was super easy. Location was great (walking distance to downtown in the cooler temps, not mid-day) The property manager was kind and attentive. We had no issues but I feel like he would have been on top of things asap if we had. The complimentary coffee/beer/wine & water was very appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed out on our own little private courtyard patio. We could not have asked for anything more for our first time in Palm Springs. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful & relaxing holiday.

Palm Springs Paradise!

This great one bedroom condo tucked away close to downtown Palm Springs was perfect for our golf getaway weekend. So wonderful to have a covered, assigned space for our vehicle inside a locked gate so the clubs could stay in the car. After a day of golf, catching up with longtime friends over lunch - it was great to escape back to the townhouse and relax. We took advantage of the pretty courtyard - eating outside and sitting around the fire pit for a night cap. We appreciated the quiet of the complex and the neighbors. For longer stays we would certainly make better use of the well appointed kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Everything suited our needs perfectly! And extra kudos to the manager who made sure we had everything we needed and never experienced any kind of hitch.

Charles is a an excellent host - very responsive and excellent check in instructions. Kitchen is well equipped and bed is very comfortable. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in Palm Canyon. Would stay again and recommend to family or friends.

Beautiful Condo in Palm Springs

The condo was modern with everything including a great outdoor kitchen, spa, and furniture. Everything we needed was there and the owner was very detailed and accommodating. The complex is quiet and the common areas are well maintained. We would highly recommend it and hope to stay there again.

Palm Springs Villa

it was a wonderful vacation to end the summer. The house is extremely well suited. Plenty of nice plush towels, plenty of nice dishes, one would want for absolutely nothing and the owner provides a a complementary bottle of wine and beer and other drinks. The place is extremely lovely and furnished very well. I loved it, including the little pool outside. Great stay!
