Designed by Architect Barry Berkus, AIA in 1961, Park Imperial South is the epitome of Mid-Century design and received Historical designation in 2016. A very generous private patio with stellar mountain views is the perfect place to dine al fresco or relax with family and friends. When you want to head into town, don't hesitate to check out the delicious restaurants, art exhibits, and shops on Palm Canyon Drive. Not to mention, a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park is under 30 miles from home base!
THINGS TO KNOW
-This home only allows minimum night stays of 29 nights or longer. This is enforced by the County and we cannot make any exceptions. However, For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is 500 dollars for 28 nights with 125 dollars added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
