This 1959 mid-century modern Meiselman-built home is simply fabulous. The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac for built-in privacy and a sense of calm. The large inviting living / dining room offers a South facing wall of glass overlooking the oversized yard with its gorgeous pool.

The home is ideal for those looking to relive the days of old in Palm Springs desert style. Light bright with well-appointed furnishings will make you want to never leave.

The master bedroom with en-suite has great separation from the two guest bedrooms, offering the perfect amount of privacy when hosting guests. The kitchen has been remodeled kitchen with updated appliances and refinished Youngstown Kitchen cabinetry. An outdoor shower is available after an afternoon dip in the pool. There is a whole-house water filtration system to help with the high mineral content water found in the desert.

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not s no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Fireplace is decorative and not functional
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
