全てが最高！
最高でした。プールは深夜2時まで入れて、夜はライトアップされます。 １０月に利用しましたが、よるのパーティーなどはやっておらず、静かにプールサイドでゆっくりしたり、昼は入って遊んだり、とても良い時間を過ごすことができました！ お部屋は高級ホテルのように広くて完璧！というよりは、もっとカジュアルですがインテリアや小物までとてもセンスが良くて快適で居心地が良かったです。グッズも可愛くてたくさん購入してしまいました。 レストランは何を食べても美味しくて、ホテルの隣にあるコーヒー屋さんまでコーヒーもサンドイッチも美味しくて、最高でした。 絶対にまた泊まりに行きたいです。

もう一度泊まりたいホテルです
ジョシュアツリーへ行った帰り１泊しましたが、部屋は予想以上に広くバスルームもシャワーの湯量が多く、RUDY’Sのシャンプーがあり非常に快適でした。 但し部屋数が多いため部屋からの眺めには当たり外れがあると思います。 プールでリラックスしたり開放感のあるダイナーで朝食を取ったりと他のエースホテルとは違った雰囲気がとても良かったです。 是非もう一度宿泊したいホテルです。

最先端のデザインホテルです。古いホテルを改装した施設です。古いものを生かすデザイン性がとても高かったです。 部屋は広く、バルコニーから山が見えて快適でした。バスルームが狭く感じました。古い建物なので、防音があまり良くないです。年末だったので、パーティーの音楽が聞こえていました。 プール周りにレストラン、バー、フィットネスジムなどがあり、リゾートを楽しめます。 駐車場は車がいっぱいでスペースを見つけるのに苦労しました。 チェックアウトの時にメールでレシートを送ってくれると言われたのですが、来ていません。 レストランの朝食はおいしかったです。プールサイドでの朝食は最高の雰囲気でした。 最先端のホテルのコンセプトを理解し、仲間たちとお酒や音楽を楽しめる人には良いホテルです。

２回目の滞在。家族向けには向いていないと思いつつも、雰囲気の良さ、デザイン、客層、エースホテルの中でもユニークなプレゼンスが好きで宿泊しました。 家族も狙いを良く理解してくれました。 サービスはフレンドリーで清潔感もあります。ハイライトはやはりプールです。 ホテルもエースらしさにこだわりを持っているので、訪れる人もリスペクトし、ファンとしてはこの雰囲気を保ち続けて欲しいです。パームスプリングスはユニークなリゾートが多いですね。

Enjoyed every minute of my stay at this location. I had a patio/garden room near the pool - it was spacious and so nice to have the outdoor space. The hotel amenities (pool, restaurant, service, hotel staff) were all amazing. And location to downtown was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The property was on the bleeding edge of cool when it opened 30 years ago. It wants desperately to be upgraded, or at the very least, a thorough spring cleaning and refreshing - perhaps some bleach to get the stains out of the curtains.

Electric chargers don’t work. Roaches in the room. Air-con old and extremely noisy. Pool is a constant photoshoot, and if you don’t want to be used in promotional images for the Ace, then you can’t use the area… not it.

Location was awesome and it's definitely a retro vibe. Unfortunately there were some roaches in my room and no in-room coffee (although the coffee shop had one of the best lattes. Otherwise cool hotel with nice decorations. You can get a nicer hotel for less tho.

Design of property requires climbing a long set of stairs with heavy luggage - which is not fantastic. Should have Porter to assist. The hotel pool lounge area is limited for the amount of guests and I could never get a lounge chair. It's dominated by screaming kids. Should have adult only pool with bar service.

My husband and I love this property because of it's funky vibe, the lovely patio rooms that are dog friendly, it's very clean, and the staff is always helpful. However, the last two times we visited there were a few issues. Last year there were two or three wedding parties who took over the entire pool area into the night. Very loud and disturbing late into the evening. Not sure why this was allowed. Our most recent trip was much more enjoyable but the housekeepers won't enter rooms to clean them if you have a dog. So one morning we left with our pup to go downtown. I informed the front desk that we would be gone for several hours and would like our room cleaned and was told they would put a request in right away. We returned and it was still not cleaned and no one ever showed up. We had to dump our own trash and track down the housekeepers for towels. Also, the pool is understaffed so when inconsiderate guests don't pick up after themselves, you might have to bus your own area before settling in. The pool deck could use a good cleaning from all the spills.

We paid for an upgraded room, and we’re kinda bummed when our record player didn’t work properly (grounding issue the pre-amp was unplugged). In addition, it looked like some stuff had been left on top of the concrete divider by another party, and all of our outdoor cushions were wet because it had rained the day before. Like, the hotel didn’t pop like it usually does. Not sure what’s going on there.

You can hear everytime the neighbor flushes the toilet. If you feel like spending the night in a Thrift Store, this place is for you. The furnishings are refurbished JUNK.

This property is way overpriced for the value. They don’t clean rooms unless requested, limited towels, no bellmen or valet, dirty property that needs a major facelift, chain link fences. It’s a 3 star hotel pretending to be way more upscale than it is. Huge disappointment

Good Morning Taleah,We are sorry you feel this way. We do clean rooms upon request and happy to do it every day if guests should choose to. We are just focused on leaving less of a foot print on our world today and trying to reduce waste as much as possible. Again when guests would like service just give us a ring or let our Front Desk team know at check in. Same goes for if you need help with getting some of your luggage to your room. We can always have someone assist but correct we do not have a bellman staff or offer valet as there is plenty of parking all around the property. We are excited about the upcoming renovations this summer and hopefully you will reconsider and join us in the future. Yes the fences are in place around both pools and the perimeter of the property for safety. Again we hope you change your mind as we would love to see you again.

There was no “connection” so no TV for our entire stay (we were offered 2 drinks from their bar as compensation). There was no hot water on our last day. I asked for an adjustment to our bill and was told “she would check with her manager” and was never contacted. The room was dark, no full length mirror and bad lighting in the bath area. The bar and pool were groovy but nothing helps correct a cross country flight after a 2 and 1/2 mile hike with no warm water so I could not wash my hair and had to jump in to rinse off. I would not stay here again.
