DSV #1 - Studio: Marriott Desert Springs Villas, Palm Desert, CA Apr 13 - 20

This one-week rental covers all 3 days of the 2nd weekend of the Coachella Valley Festival. Shuttle buses to the Festival stop at Desert Springs Villas.

Reserved access usually available to the pool, tennis courts and the golf course of the nearby JW Marriott hotel located on the same property. Free shuttle bus between DSV and the hotel with its array of restaurants and shops.

Note: The minimum and maximum rental period is 7 nights. The one week rental is $1,638 or $234 per night. The rental starts on Monday, the 13th of April and check out is Monday, the 20th.

The property has 7 separate pools and jacuzzis, lots of outdoor BBQs, 2 fitness centers, convenience store, even facilities for kids. FREE covered parking and Wifi included.

DESCRIPTIONS: The Studio unit sleeps 4. It is spacious with a private 2-room bathroom with a 2-person jetted tub. a large TV, 2 queen-size beds, kitchenette with most having a floor-ceiling refigerator, microwave and toaster and a small refrigerator. Washers and dryers are located at each swimming pool location.

Desert Springs Villas is a short, under 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing. It is a 20 -25 minute drive down the famous Highway 111 to go from Palm Desert to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall. A major supermarket is just 5 minutes away from the entrance to the resort.
