A Mini Suite Near It All: Chic and Convenient

  • Spacious mini suite located in the central hub of Palm Bay. Private back entrance/bathroom/kitchenette/closet. Location is a 7-min walk to AGUILA (small food market), 15 min drive or less to local eats/restaurants nd shopping mall. As well as a 20 min drive to Melbourne Beach, and 45 min to Cocoa Beach. 1-hour drive to Orlando Convention Ctr, Disney World, nd Orlando Intl Airport. Whether relaxing or exploring Palm Bay and beyond, this room and location offers comfort and convenience! Welcome!

    The space
    Queen size bed, private entrance, private full bathroom, private kitchenette, closet, tv, dresser. The outdoor dining area, laundry room, and backyard space are shared with other guest.


    Guest access
    Separate and private back entrance. Guest has access to backyard, a shared outdoor dining area, and a shared laundry room.


    Other things to note
    This home consists of two separate units with central HVAC. This unit does not have direct thermostat control; however, if you contact the host or co-host, we can arrange for someone to adjust the temperature as needed. Additionally, this unit currently does not have an operable window, but we are working on installing one soon. We are also actively working on implementing a thermostat control system for this side of the unit in the future.
