"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"This is decent accommodation set in an idyllic location. The rooms are spacious but the decor is a bit dated ( especially bathrooms) and could do with some refurbishment. Staff are generally friendly and attentive but their English is not fluent so that needs to be taken into account. Hotel breakfast is not the grandest but nice but they could do with hot options - scrambled eggs at the very least.. on the positive, their croissants are one of the best we had . The main thing to note is that the property is outside the Chamonix town and is a 6 min bus ride and 30 min walk to the town. Buses are every 30 mins and if you plan ahead it is manageable . If staying at the property please ensure you do the riverside walk behind the hotel. It is absolutely stunning."
