"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. "The Property is secluded but in the mountains and makes it feel like you are away from the city. The property is well maintained. The Staff is super friendly specially their Manager Suzan. She went over and above to make our stay very comfortable. She helped us with the area attractions, restaurants and shopping. She was very sweet. The restaurants at the hotel has great food also. It was a pleasant surprise that they had little ice parlour too. Overall amazing stay. Would definitely recommend. "

"We arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the owners were incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. Even though breakfast normally ended at 8am, they graciously invited us to join a little after that so we wouldn’t miss a meal. They also allowed us to check out late and relax around the hotel, which was already above and beyond. Unfortunately, I became very sick that morning — likely from something I ate or from trekking Salkantay — and the owners went out of their way to help me. They called a doctor to the hotel, made sure I received the right medication, and kept checking on me throughout the day to make sure I was okay. Their genuine care and compassion made such a difference during a really difficult moment. It’s rare to find people this kind and attentive. I can’t recommend this hotel enough — not just for the comfort, but for the incredible humanity and warmth of the people who run it."
