It was a pleasant stay for me and my family. All the housekeepers and attendants are very friendly and accomodating. Its also a perfect spot because its near the airport. I will definitely book with them again next year.

This was my 2nd visit here. I found this visit was not as good as my 1st. I had a less expensive room. It made a difference. Over all great hotel anyway. Diamond makes you feel they know you personaly.

The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling restaurant.
