「Clean, friendly, good location」

「Lack of information! Their check-in instruction says breakfast is served on the terrace on the 3rd floor. But later I found that it is that way only in summer. No one told me where the breakfast room was so I couldn't have breakfast before I rushed to the airport.」

「double comfortable bed, clean」

「The staff went above and beyond. One of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The food was exceptional as well.」

「The staff and the host are very kind and helpful but this place needs some upgrade for a better experience.」

「Rooms are dated but very clean. Bed is comfortable. Good breakfast.」

「Our room was very basic and small. The air conditioning wasn’t as effective as it should have been. The spa pools were inefficient. Some repairs were needed around the pool area. Breakfast was good, if limited. Ice/cream at pool area was terrible! Staff were great. Although when we enquired about trips, the cost was very high.」

「Very good breakfast and convenient location」

「Gut gelegene Unterkunft zwischen Palermo und Mondello. Weitere positive Aspekte gab es nicht.」

「The room was incredible and the staff were first class all the way.」
