「Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」

「A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Palermo – Absolutely Wonderful! What a fabulous find! Palazzo Sant’Agostino is one of those wonderful hotels that takes you completely by surprise. From a fairly unremarkable street, you step through the doors into an absolutely beautiful, charming hotel. A real hidden gem! 「Place is beautfiul an right next to restaurants and maqueda street. Its beautiful and clean. Host is responsive and considerate with our late arrival. Down the street next to souvenir shops as well. Close to all tourist locations that are walkable.」

「Ett fantastiskt mottagande och introducering till boende och stad. Utsökt frukost serverad i hotellets trädgård.

「This was a last minute booking and it was difficult to find. You have to go in through this tiny door that opens up into a common area and then up stairs to find the reception desk. Also, they are not there all the time. We had to tell them precisely what time we were arriving so they would be at the desk. The room was clean and nice and it was a great neighborhood.」
