Parking was good and the pool was clean, although, not heated. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were all well stocked and comfortable. There were several small issues we attributed to “end of season” maintanence such as blown fuses, doors with broken doorknobs and latches. Overall, a convenient location for our needs and a very nice property.

Outstanding property

The villa exceeded the website photos. The owner Jerome was very helpful and always available to answer any queries. The views from the property were unbelievable and the indoor swimming pool and gym were a real bonus. We hope to return for another 14 days next year.

A magnificent property.

The first class facilities at this property include a fully fitted kitchen & utility room, with both indoor and outdoor pools. There is also a gym and sauna.The house is located in a quiet village and has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Roses. The host, Jerome, is very attentive and helpful. A car is necessary for your stay and while there are mosquitoes around at night, the plug-in repellents supplied keep them at bay.The only facility missing from this property is air conditioning but I understand this is to be installed soon and once this is done the property will be totally perfect. We enjoyed a great stay at this property and would highly recommend it to others.

Great stay

Jérôme is a great host, which I think is second nature to him. The villa is magnificent (clean, spacious, spa, gym, 2 pools...) with a breathtaking view of the Costa Brava. We had a great stay in the villa, thank you Jérôme.

Great Villa

Wonderful Villa, it was huge, photos do not show just how big it is. There are plenty of bathrooms (more than stated) The Main bedroom upstairs is huge with many small cupboard rooms off of it. Unfortunately there wasn’t any air con working when we arrived for two weeks and it was a heat wave (33-37 degrees every day). We arrived later on the Saturday night so most of the teens decided to sleep outside as the house was like a sauna. On the Sunday we went to the local super market and purchased a couple of fans. But within 2 days Bianka had contacted the owner in Thailand and they had given consent to purchase mobile air con units for the bedrooms. The outside pool Furniture seems old and is quite dirty and damaged in lots of places and the plants were half dead. We took to watering them regularly and some revived. I’m mentioning this as first impressions for outside around the pool Area looked like it was a bit unloved. The villa its self had plenty of everything you could want or need for a complete holiday. Bianka was super good with communicating and we also booked Bintu to clean 3 times during the stay, she was fab. Despite the comments above we had a wonderful stay and would definitely go again. The views are amazing, so are the sunsets. You do need a car though as it’s quite far out of town. Roughly 25 euros for a taxi back from Roses for the older teens. I would def recommend but it would be amazing if the fitted aircon worked.

Maison luxueuse très bien équipée, belle vue sur la campagne et la mer en arrière plan. Seul bémol : les baies vitrées sans volets exposées SW et la climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas ont entraîné une température trop élevée même en cette première partie d’octobre. Nous avons tous souffert de chambres trop chaudes…

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad met onze twee gezinnen (6pers in totaal). Het huis ligt in een mooie rustige buurt en is enorm groot. Het uitzicht is veel mooier dan op de foto’s! De wifi werkte niet goed en dat was wel vervelend voor de tieners. Een instructie boekje hoe alles werkt en waar je eea kunt vinden zou ook wel handig zijn geweest, er was niemand aanwezig bij de check-in. Al met al is dit een fantastisch huis met een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit!

Superbe séjour

Un séjour de 4 jours dans cette superbe villa.La piscine intérieure est un gros plus quand vous louez hors saison ou par mauvais temps.La villa est immense et tout l’équipement de très bonne qualité.

Villa luxueuse 10 personnes

Une location de rêve,avec la piscine extérieure équipée de transat avec une belle vue sur Rosas .Endroit très calme sans vis a vis .Pour la remise en forme une piscine intérieur et un décor sublime et des appareils tels que le tapis de course ,vélo elyptyques et bancs de musculation après une séance de SPA pour décompresser .Chaque chambre superbe avec sa propre salle de bain .l'accueil avec un hote Jérôme très accueillant et avec sa gentillesse et rdv a l'heure pour la remise des clés, je recommande pour passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amis.
