Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room villa spanning 130 square meters across two levels, offering stylish furnishings. The living room features an open-hearth fireplace solely for decorative purposes and a satellite TV, leading out to a terrace. One double bedroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC, also providing access to the terrace. Another double bedroom is available. The small, open kitchen is complete with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, and freezer. There is an additional shower, bidet, and WC on this level. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find another double bedroom with its own shower, bidet, and WC.
Amenities Included
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating (available at an extra cost). Two terraces spanning 50 square meters are partially covered, featuring terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs. From the terraces, you can enjoy a marvelous view of the sea and La Maddalena. Additional amenities include a washing machine, a children's high chair, and a baby cot (available at an extra cost). Please note that this is a non-smoking property.

The villa offers a maximum capacity of six guests and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. While the floors are not internally connected, when there are fewer guests staying at the property, one floor may not be accessible for use during your vacation.
