"The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only. We were helped by a lady who lived on the other side apartments to find our block. The microwave was broken. We ran out of toilet paper and no replacements and there were hairs still in the shower drain. The towels were also damp and musty. Not many implements to cook with, so glad we only had 1 night. "The air conditioning system for the entire building was non-functional. This was not an issue during our stay as the weather was quite cool. We were told this is a temporary problem. The gym consists of just a treadmill and elliptical Walker and a set of dumbbells. It is more like a home workout room than like a gym. The underground parking is nice and convenient. But a very tight squeeze for an SUV. If the hotel was full of guests and the garage full of cars would be difficult to maneuver in the underground parking garage. When we were there there were only a few guests so the garage was passable."
