"We absolutely loved this house and location. Out in the lesser populated area but just a 15-20 min drive into Port Lavaca. Our trip was in the winter time, that means the tide was to low to get any good fishing off the doc at the house. However, we found an amazing guide (Rudy) to take my husband and I out to do some bay fishing for 2 days. We had an amazingly time and are starting to plan for our next trip to this wonderful home."

"The open layout of the house was a perfect match for our group. Since we had zero issues while we were at the house, my only interactions with the host were before and after. The host was always prompt and friendly, answering any questions I had. The house has all the cookware, kitchen equipment and tableware you could need. It was so much better furnished with all the necessities than almost anywhere else we've stayed.We've been going to Matagorda Beach for many years now and rented at least half a dozen of the houses and condos down there. We all agreed this one is at the top of our list for our next trip. "

"We had 7 ladies from the Rod and Gun Club and our sig is called the "REEL LADIES". We loved the clean and excellent layout of all of the rooms. Especially the kitchen!Our hosts, even provided us with Mimosas when we first arrived and we had prepared a "bring along" dinner for our first night. The only thing that could be improved on is to provide the kitchen with a set of kitchen sissors. "
