On approx. 30 m² it offers space for up to four people and is particularly suitable for families or small groups. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, while the living area offers an additional single bed for extra sleeping comfort. A air conditioning ensures pleasant room temperatures, complemented by a ceiling fan. A modern SAT LCD TV rounds off the living comfort. The open kitchen is functionally furnished and features an electric cooker with two hotplates, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, as well as comprehensive cookware and cutlery. A dining table offers space for four people. From the adjacent, covered balcony, you can spend relaxed hours together - equipped with a table and chairs, it invites you to have breakfast or enjoy a cosy end to the day.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and completes the accommodation. WiFi is available free of charge and a private parking space directly at the house facilitates arrival. Pets are warmly welcome; up to two small dogs can be brought after prior consultation, with a small additional fee. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
