Motel 6 Marina, CA - Monterey
I only stayed for one night and the only interaction I had was with front desk. She was great! The room itself was comfortable and mostly clean. Parking is easy and there's lots of it. It's also located pretty close to Marina State beach. I'd stay here again for sure.

Charming Romantic Yacht Harbor Beach Cottage
Quaint, lovely cottage - just perfect for the 4 of us. Kitchen was like home - everything we needed. Outdoor space was lovely for relaxing. The hosts were thoughtful, very responsive, and just made us feel welcome. We would come again!

Garbage disposal was not working and there was decaying food from garbage disposal all over the sink when we arrived. I contacted the owner and he said he was just there and did not see any issues.
