  • Fisherman's house, completely renovated this year.
    Quietly, it is ideally located 100 meters from the sea and 50 meters from the playground of Poulafret Paimpol.
    The harbor is about 900 meters away and the commercial area is 1 km away.
    The GR34 hiking trail is about 30 meters from the house.
    On the ground floor, a brand new kitchen, open to the living room (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven ...), 4/5 seater sofa meridian and dining table.
    Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140 and 1 bed of 90) and a bathroom.
    Both bedrooms have sea views.
    In the small walled garden you can enjoy a small lawn area and a wooden terrace with garden furniture.

    Rentals are from Saturday 16h. at saturday 12h.

Cette petite maison a été parfaite pour nous accueillir tous les 4 (2 adultes, 2 enfants de 6 et 9 ans). Elle est très confortable et joliment décorée, avec le plus du petit jardin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Il y a juste à côté (1 minute à pieds) un parc de jeux pour enfants vraiment chouette, une plage de sable (5 minutes à pieds) qui correspond à un bassin dont l'eau reste à marée basse. Donc parfait pour que les enfants se baignent en sécurité à n'importe quel moment de la journée. Tout ça le long du sentier des douaniers sur lequel j'ai apprécié courir. Et à priori une nouveauté : à côté du parc de jeux, "la dinguette" qui est une petite guinguette qui propose à boire et à manger midi et soir. En gros, cette maison a un emplacement parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances, même sans voiture et même quand les enfants ne veulent pas bouger! (Nous n'avons pas été au port à pieds mais c'est vraiment faisable même avec des enfants). Et je finirai en disant que la propriétaire a été très sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter!

Hervorragende Unterkunft!

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin persönlich bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett empfangen. Das kleine Fischerhaus ist ein liebevoll und mit vielen persönlichen Dingen eingerichtetes Feriendomizil. Das Haus ist top saniert und sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Paimpol est une belle petite ville bien centrée pour visiter la Bretagne du nord depuis Cancal jusqu’à Lannion. Il faut visiter la côte et l’arrière-pays.

Vacances en famille à Paimpol

Séjour très agréable dans une petite maison de pêcheur bien placée et équipée. Emplacement idéal à proximité de la base nautique de Poulafret parfait pour des activités avec les enfants. Communication facile avec les propriétaires. Nous recommandons ce logement pour une famille de 4 à 5 personnes.

Maison a paimpo'

Ma femme a dû laver toute la vaisselle qui était rempli de nourriture des anciens locataires de la maison. Nous n'avons pas eu la télé de la semaine et cette maison est dépourvue d'Internet pas top quand il fait pas beau et que par défaut nous devons rester à la maison. Rue très passante donc des personnes qui parlent fort toute la nuit dans la rue passage intensif difficile quand on a des enfants qui veulent dormir .
