"I have been coming to this hotel every year (apart from Covid years) since 2009. It is a perfectly good 3 star hotel. It would probably rate a 4 star if it had air con. But the ceiling fans do a good job keeping the rooms cool. I am 85 years old with mobility problems. The location is ideal for me - the main railway station is opposite and there is a tram stop directly outside the hotel. It's only 4 tram stops - a ten minute journey - to Marienplatz in the heart of the city. It's an easy..."

"I wanted a hotel close to the train station because I was arriving from Salzburg in the evening. I don’t love neighborhoods by train stations, including this one. But! This hotel is beautiful (rooms are a little small) but the interiors are gorgeous. "Wonderful hotel, modern and with a very nice breakfast buffet. Nice to have a parking garage on premise as well. However, the beds are very firm, and the air conditioning did not emit cold air (only room temperature), which made sleeping at night difficult. Overall a very nice hotel in excellent condition, though."
