The Nightingale Motel
Rooms are small but clean, beds are surprisingly comfortable, and location is a close walk to the springs. The worse part about this motel is that it is still just a motel. Upscale & Downtown! Walk to Hot Springs & River!
House was perfect for our group. Price was incredibly fair. Owner was responsive. Location is amazing. About a 30-minute drive from Wolf Creek ski area while also walking distance to Pagosa Springs. The skiers and non-skiers in our group all enjoyed our trip.

Riverfront Cozy Cabin, Gas Fireplace, Pet-Friendly, Close to Downtown, Skiing, and Hiking Adventures
Amazing host, very responsive. The cabin was very clean and perfect for us and our dog. The location was so perfect in relation to the town. We will definitely look to book this one again!
