「The views are stunning and the property clean; I especially loved the daily housekeeping. That being said , the property looks tired, most of the staff of the hotel seemed unhappy to be there, and the location was very inconvenient; the ferry to Hamilton was helpful but there was a long break in the middle of the day where it didn’t run and it didn’t run at all on Sundays! The shuttle to the golf course was free but I never found out if it went anywhere else and the interior looked dirty and...

「全体的には満足出来たが、C/Oの時手違いがあった。即ちＣ／Ｏの前々日からＣ／Ｏの日はウエイクアップコールは５．００ａ．ｍ．，タクシーは６．００ａ．ｍ．、朝食ボックスはＣ／Ｏの時受け取ると依頼してあった。当日、ウエイクアップコールは鳴り、Ｃ／Ｏすべく５．３０頃下りて行ったがフロントは鍵が閉まり人はいない。入口に電話機があったので呼んだら、スタッフが来てくれた。それでＣ／Ｏし、レシートを貰ったのだが、スタッフ曰く私に前夜にＣ／Ｏするよう話したと言う。私は前日は午後遅く街歩きから帰り、行く前に借りた傘を返しただけで、その時に何も依頼されたことはなく、それ以降もフロントに行ったこともない。行き違いがなければほぼ完璧だっただけに残念である。 タクシーは６．００に来てその点は問題なかった。」
