This beautiful stylish gem found minutes from the Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend. Stunning canyon views in this newly built, impeccably clean, designer decorated, luxurious retreat. This home is a brand new build from 2023. It sleeps 13 and has 3 bedrooms amd 3 full baths. The outdoor back patio has beautiful hot tub, and stunning views of Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell in the distance. Ping pong table in the third garage with a 75 inch tv provides a great space for the kids to play and enjoy. Property has 6 parking spots and a huge sideyard for boat parking. Very nice

The property is very nice and located in a lovely neighborhood. For any coffee snobs, they provide a drip coffee pot and Folgers coffee! Needless to say, we brought our own coffee And coffee maker! But the drip coffee is fine. Inside the house is the King master en-suite bedroom and a bedroom with four bunkbeds and two trundles underneath those. There is a laundry area, and an open living, dining and kitchen. Just before you enter the front door, there is a door to your right with another king master bedroom, and a bathroom attached. The kitchen and living room and dining area are very spacious and lovely. The sofas in the family area make into hide a beds. So there’s enough room for everyone.! Enjoy!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our short stay here! The photos accurately reflected the space, and we loved how centrally located the property was to restaurants and the activities we wanted to do in Page. There were adequate amenities, so we were able to cook breakfast in the mornings and do laundry. The home was fairly clean though we did find some hair in the showers. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and we would happily stay here again.
