I am very happy with my choice. Great value for money, good location, clean room, great shower and the room was bigger than I though. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I have already recommended the hotel to friends.

Staff were so nice- especially Anna! All staff were so accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. Beautiful place to stay at. Personally wouldn’t recommend over 3 or 4 nights in colder weather as it does get a little hard to figure out plans.

Very nice accomodation close to everything in the city

Staff was friendly and answers all of our questions. Room was promptly cleaned and items replaced as needed. Very close to shopping district and 15 minute walk to the harbour that had plenty of restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at BK Pioneer! The place was very clean and felt just like home. Everything we needed was available from a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils to onsite laundry facilities.Housekeeping was done daily, which was a pleasant surprise. They changed our linens and made the beds while we were out, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was spacious, with a big bed for us and a separate room for the kids with two single beds. There were also two tv's which was great for relaxing in the evenings, with all the apps including netflix, youtube etc, the wifi internet speed was excellent, we really enjoyed our stay, reception staff was also nice.
