「年末にSparsa Resorts (Kanyakumari)に泊まりました。清潔で近代的でおしゃれなホテルです。立地もよく、部屋からサンセットが見えますし、海沿いに歩いて岬のガートまで行って朝日を見ることもできます。 しかし、あるフロントの男性は、 ・カジュアルな服装で行った私をチェックイン時にあまり快く受け入れてくれなかった ・何の説明もなしに「ゴミ置き場」の正面の部屋に入れられた ・バスの時間を確認せずに間違って知らせた など、サービスについては満足できるものではありませんでした。 また、レストランでビールなどアルコール類が飲めないということも残念でしたが、バーに夕食を持ってきてもらうことができました。」

「Me and my wife had to checkout of the hotel because the hotel did not meet the standards mentioned at Hotels.com. Bathroom and beds were dirty with spots and spit on walls. It was a “smoking” room and I could smell the smoke and saw the ashtray. I did not stay in the hotel and request for a FULL REFUND ASAP !!! 」

「Lobby staff, security, and room service staff were cordial and took prompt care of our needs. The amenities in our room and the cleanliness of the restroom was at par with our expectations. Thing that could be improved: 1. The AC didn’t cool the room enough, and we had to rely on the Fan to keep the room cool. Staff informed us that this was due to renovations. 2. 「Very conveniently located and neat. Seemed to be one of the better properties in the area. There were issues like no towels in the rooms, all remotes(tv, ac etc) didn’t work and probably needed new batteries, there was no hot water.」

When the rear right wheel of our van fell into a four foot hole right in front of the hotel, the management did not even let its employee help us. The public and the passersby helped the vehicle out. 「We arrived 3 hours earlier than check in time, but they provided our room in 15 minutes. It was really helpful. Though we expected an AC room, they said we booked non AC room. They charged extra fee to use AC. Room was clean. Restaurant was ok, we had breakfast in the restaurant. It was buffet style, south Indian food. 」
