Clean room but dirty grout in bathroom and dirty bottom in the bath tub. Ran out of shower gel. Staff service very poor - hard to get a good morning out of them, nevermind a smile..... Scrambled eggs overcooked and luke warm, same for spinach, beans and carrots. All in all, 4 out of 10 from me - room for improvement, especially for the service.

Staff was really nice, room was cleaned daily, view from the restaurant is top tier. The negative was that the room was extremely small, with the beds almost touching each other , otherwise you could not fit two beds in there. I was also supposed to receive a bottle of wine per check in, and I was given a personal size bottle of prosecco upon my request, which felt like false advertising . The staff was always pleasant, and the view from the restaurant is lovely. The walk to the duomo is about 15 minutes.

Liked the adjoining rooms but cleanliness was ok. Stains on the comforter so they should’ve replaced with new

Clean rooms. Rather small. Good breakfast and view from breakfast area. Location ok, 30 min walk to stadium or downtown. Cable cars around as well.
