Housekeeping was incredible – the room was cleaned and refreshed twice a day, and every detail was perfectly handled without us even having to ask. The whole hotel feels calm, elegant, and extremely well maintained, with a real focus on guest comfort. I’ve stayed in a lot of luxury hotels around the world, but this was by far the best. The attention to detail and the warmth, humility, and professionalism of the staff set this place apart. We left feeling truly cared for, and we will definitely be back."
