"Great place to stay for the entire family, you don’t even have to leave the hotel they have options to eat and drink! They have a Starbucks and bar. The only thing I would have design better is the parking lot. It was build to loose you! It has several walls and empty space very poorly designed. I also paid for extra to stay in the laia rooms which was advertised to have sitting area outside the sliding door. Which was false advertising. Overall great experience."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We booked a deluxe Queen room. The room was clean and there was plenty of space for me, my husband and our 3 month old. I liked the room city view also. However, it was obvious that the bed was only TWIN size not a Queen - we have a Queen bed at home. So we slept quite squished on the bed. Also, the front desk staff did not give us a bit more time to check out. Hence, the 4 star."
