Beautiful place smack in the middle of the downtown area in front of the city Cathedral and just around the corner from all main restaurants, bars, coffee shops and souvenirs. Service in this place is outstanding amd their traditional Mexican breakfast is great.

The grounds of the property were nice. The rooms were dirty. and had too many different types of bugs inside them. When I used the sink and shower little bugs started scattering. I freaked out that they were cockroaches, but thankfully (my husband took a photo) they were ants. The rooms were uncomfortably dirty feeling. Clean the rooms, get rid of the bugs and put screens on the windows and maybe we’d return. The staff excluding check-in were great!

Our room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. The included breakfast was also delicious, did not get a chance to try their lunch or dinner menus but if it’s anything like the breakfast I recommend. The only complaint I have is that I wish the rooms included a fan as it did get fairly warm despite leaving the window open during the night. Other than that a very lovely and relaxing stay in the center of Huasca.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed in a suite with a balcony that had chimneys inside and outside. Having them running was so beautiful and relaxing. Les recomiendo que cuando compren una reservación en un hotel, se fijen muy bien el apartado de que se pueda cancelar o no, me acaba de pasar que Yo no vi ese apartado y Yo no quise cancelar solo quería cambiar de fecha por que no iba a poder ir porque estaba hospitalizada y solicitamos el cambio de fecha a través de Expedia y el hotel nada humanitario contesto que no se podía hacer, esto fue lo que me respondió Expedia "Queríamos hacer un seguimiento después de nuestra última conversación, en la que nos pidió que cambiaramos su reserva y nos pusiéramos en contacto con la propiedad para ver si era posible sin penalidad. Después de hablar con La Casa Azul Huasca & Restaurante La Terraza, hemos confirmado que, lamentablemente, van a mantener la política de cambios y cancelación original de la reserva y han rechazado su solicitud. Sabemos que estas noticias pueden resultar frustrantes. Siempre tratamos de abogar por la flexibilidad para nuestros clientes, pero los alojamientos suelen aplicar normas y restricciones estrictas en las reservas, así que no podemos hacer nada más en esta situación. Lamentamos que haya tenido una experiencia frustrante y que no podamos ayudarle más en este caso." por lo que si realmente es una experiencia frustrante a parte que perdimos nuestro dinero
