Beautiful full service hotel and restaurant in the hear of town. Restaurant is amazing, room bedding and facilities are good, breakfast if fantastic, and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

Beautiful place smack in the middle of the downtown area in front of the city Cathedral and just around the corner from all main restaurants, bars, coffee shops and souvenirs. Service in this place is outstanding amd their traditional Mexican breakfast is great.

The grounds of the property were nice. The rooms were dirty. and had too many different types of bugs inside them. When I used the sink and shower little bugs started scattering. I freaked out that they were cockroaches, but thankfully (my husband took a photo) they were ants. The rooms were uncomfortably dirty feeling. Clean the rooms, get rid of the bugs and put screens on the windows and maybe we’d return. The staff excluding check-in were great!

Beautiful hotel. We stayed in a suite with a balcony that had chimneys inside and outside. Having them running was so beautiful and relaxing. Ms. Esperanza at the front desk made sure that our stay was perfect. All the staff is very friendly and tends to all guests needs. Could have stayed there forever.

El cuarto que nos dieron está a lado de la recepción, de escucha mucho ruido en las mañanas, tuvimos un problema con la coladera de la regadera, no se iba el agua y tuvimos que bañarnos con el agua estancada. Pedimos prender la chimenea y todo el humo se salía de la misma llenando todo el cuarto de humo.

Amabilidad del personal. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Sin embargo el estacionamiento es demasiado pequeño y un día tuvimos que pagar estacionamiento en otro lugar cercano, ya que nuestro coche quedaba en riesgo de ser golpeado.

Altibajos.

El hotel es agradable a la vista pero las instalaciones de las habitaciones no tanto, la puerta de acceso(de madera) cerraba con mucha dificultad, las lámparas de buró no encendieron. Los alimentos en general de regulares a malos, de hecho, la cena me hizo daño. El servicio es atento aunque algo distraído. Wi-fi funcional. En resumen, creo que por el costo, hay varias áreas de oportunidad.

Todo parecía genial en este hotel, la experiencia iba muy bien… hasta que se convirtió en una pesadilla que jamás hubiera imaginado. El viernes 19 de septiembre a las 3:10 pm entregué mi auto al hotel, confiando en que estaría en buenas manos. Al día siguiente, sábado 20 de septiembre a las 9:20 am, fui a recogerlo. Menos de 24 horas bastaron para que, estando en su custodia y con sus empleados manejándolo, mi vehículo terminara chocado y dañado. Lo peor no fue el golpe en el auto, sino la manera en que el hotel reaccionó: primero dijeron que se harían responsables y me dieron confianza, pero después, con toda frialdad, se deslindaron del problema y negaron la evidencia. Me siento engañado, vulnerado y con una enorme impotencia. No se trata solo de un raspón, sino de la falta de seriedad y respeto hacia un huésped que confió en ellos. Las pruebas son claras: fotos tomadas inmediatamente después e imágenes de sus propias cámaras que muestran lo sucedido. Aun así, el hotel decidió hacerse a un lado como si nada. Comparto mi experiencia y las evidencias como advertencia: si en menos de 24 horas no pudieron cuidar un auto bajo su resguardo, ¿cómo se puede confiar en la seguridad y el servicio que ofrecen a sus huéspedes? Mi recomendación es clara: no se hospeden en este lugar. No vale la pena arriesgar su tranquilidad ni su patrimonio con un hotel que promete responsabilidad, pero al final solo busca deslindarse.

Nos fue muy mal. El cuarto olía terrible a drenaje. Pusimos la queja en dos oportunidades y no nos pusieron atención. Estaba atendiendo la queja de otro cliente que tenía una gotera en su cama. Las habitaciones son muy grandes equeñas, nada que ver con las fotos.
