"It's not very sanitized the toilet seat cover. The lotion bottle and soap are not filled. The garbage can didn't have plastic cover. Overall the cleaning are nit very good. "

"We had a great stay here! The house had plenty of space for everyone in our group, and we really enjoyed the patio area. We grilled while we were there and had a lot of fun playing games. The kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking easy, and everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was amazing from start to finish—everything was seamless when it came to check-in and instructions. Very kind and helpful hosts. We would definitely recommend staying here!"

"This was the second time we stayed here. First time was great, this time not so much. The hotel was without hot water for two days and we received no response or compensation for the issue. Not ideal not to have showers for boys during a basketball tournament. Not including the fact my wife was not to happy as well. Will probably find somewhere else to stay next year."

"The room was so clean and spacious. We had a 2 queen suite. The only thing I felt was a bit weird was the placement of the bathroom door, right in front of the beds with a silhouette barn door so if you are in the bathroom changing or getting in the shower the others can see you from the other side. A bit uncomfortable I would say and the barn door doesn't lock. The breakfast was not good. But service and cleanliness were top notch"

"This is one of the most accommodating, perfect VRBO rentals we have had! Perfect location for getting off/on larger highways to get around Indy. Plus anything you need is within a short distance from the house. Ample supplies of needs to feel right at home- easy to feel right at home really quickly. Very comfortable, very clean and a beautiful touch of Christmas decorations with holiday lights up- which was exactly what our family needed. I would stay here again in a minute and highly recommend this great home! "

"Our host was very accommodating and the house is wonderful. Spacious and clean with plenty of room. Th neighborhood is close to amenities and accepted to nearby cities. "

"Our stay was nice. It was a middle ground meeting place for three families for the holiday and while conveniently located immediately off the highway, it was not a place we would choose again. A few recommendations for the host, at least one bedroom has two more beds that it should accommodate, making it hard to walk in the room. There were some issues with a strong sewer smell when in the back yard, and the drawers in the kitchen were nearly impossible to open, as there is no hardware on them. Again the stay was nice but should be considered one of convenience and not if you enjoy a lovely location. Thank you for the stay. "
