「Worst hotel stay ever. Everything that's advertised was not available. Did not have food advertised on the menu. They had our laundry since Friday and gave it the day I was leaving which was 4 days later. I am allowed free shuttle service to the airport as advertised in my amenities and now saying I have to pay for the shuttle service. Some staff didnt know how to use the proper debit machine」

「Very decent property, there is no pressing iron and washing machine at the apartment. But it’s great experience, it’s a community on its own, very secured, quiet and safe. You can take walks at anytime of the night or day. Lawn tennis and basket ball facilities. It’s all inclusive, spa, gym, salon, super market and the restaurant menu is very diverse…」
