Friendly and helpful staff. The double single bed room was comfortable for my companion and I. Amenities were provided and the room was clean.

Perfect location to trains and great food across from hotel.

Great hotel for families. We booked a grand family room for our family with two young kids. The hotel was fantastic, large room, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Having the separate bedroom was great so kids could sleep early in the room. Location is great only about 10 min walk to Namba station.

Very nice, clean, and quiet hotel. Close to everything you need

This hotel was decent. The location was fantastic. Close to a lot of fun streets, the Nishiki market, shopping, the river yet it was tucked away and quiet. It felt very safe. The laundry room is shared and busy but great to have. The kitchenette was very tiny and not well stocked. Ok for snacks but not to make meals. The beds were ok and pillows very thick and hard, not exactly comfy. The room was on the small side and dated compared to other similar hotels we stayed in. It felt a bit pricey for what it was (quite basic).
