Stroll down the breezeway to the sand and our rental will save you hundreds...even thousands of dollars off other beach rentals!

Located a short 20 or so houses from the sand. This house is fully furnished, with all the extras! We can easily sleep 8 or more in this spacious multi-level home. There are 3 large bathrooms with total of 5 sinks, roomy showers and a Jacuzzi bathtub in the master suite!

There are many balconies and huge decks for your enjoyment and a gas BBQ on the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped, with lots of dishes, utensils, etc. Linens are provided and there is an oversized laundry room with washer & dryer. There are multiple TV's, DVD's, wireless internet, etc...all the comforts of home with everything you need for a fantastic vacation!!

The backyard offers another outdoor space with an additional BBQ and an in-ground 10 person jacuzzi! The back gate opens to a semi-private 'breeze-way' that leads to the ocean - grab a cup of coffee and stroll to the sand for a morning walk...

The first floor provides a more private space with another living room with fireplace, kitchenette, bedroom with queen bed and large bath with tub / shower...perfect set-up!!

The location is FANTASTIC!! Located between Malibu and Santa Barbara, near the Ventura and Channel Islands Harbor. Soooo much to do (golf, kayaking, rent bicycles, surf, hike, shopping, movies, fabulous restaurants just to name a few) or do nothing at all. Clean, soft sandy beaches await you!

Awesome house and great location

We stayed here for a family reunion and it was such a great location. Three minute walk to the beach and so many great places nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner or live music. Hosts were great communicators and made it so easy to access the house and always answered any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here.

This home is in a great location. It has plenty of amenities and space and the owners are very kind and responsive. But under the surface, it needs a serious deep cleaning!

Wonderful Weekend with Friends

Beautiful property with a very communicative host. Check-in process was smooth, and all instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The house provided ample space for all of us to spread out or gather together. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we have a girls trip.

House for the Whole Family!

The house was very good space. It accommodated the 8 of us; 3 couples and 2 children, with sufficient beds, bathrooms and seating. Also the proximity to the beach was great! The neighborhood back walkway is perfect for a morning stroll among beautiful botanicals! Kristy was a very responsive owner.

Gorgeous stay on Oxnard Shores

Ample room for 8 individuals; excellent kitchen supplies for preparing our own meals. Lots of linens & blankets. We didn't use any of the facilities like barbecue or jacuzzi or the fire place, but we enjoyed sitting on one of the balconies (it was too windy to sit on the roof deck). The walk to the beach is very pleasant and doable (our age group was 87 - 53). Looking forward to the next time!!

Family vacation

The home fit our gang of 10 perfectly. The walkway to the beach was charming. The beach itself waa grand, clean and sparsely populated. The only downside was a fairly loud neighborhood dog.

Spacious house near the beach

Stayed here with my family and had a great time. The home is 3 stories and very spacious. Home came equipped with everything you could need. Location was great just a few blocks from the beach. Communication with the host was great. Overall it was a wonderful time.

Location hard to beat

We loved the location of the property. We walked to the beach in 10 minutes several days. There were plenty of boogey boards at the property. Host was ver accommodating and wonderful. She reached out day we checked in to make sure we got in ok and promptly answered any questions I had. Will book again next time I am in town

Perfect price for location

The price is unbeatable for the location. It's a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Kristy was very friendly, nice and accommodating. She even went out of her way to provide us a pack and play for our grandson. Thank you Kristy!

Great location

My wife and i brought our kids and grandkids to visit the coast. There were 10 of us in all, 6 adults and 4 kids. This house was large enough to accommodate us all the couples had a room and the kids loved sleeping in the furnished loft. Its an easy (long block) walk to the beach and we enjoyed walking down to watch the sunset. Neighbors were quiet kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

First time using VRBO

Very nice home in a great location. Perfect especially for a family with different age groups. Home makes it easy to separate and everyone have their own space when you want some down time outside the larger group. Or as in our case, Grandparents on the lower floor, family with kids upstairs. Very workable set up. Would definitely recommend and book again ourselves.
