Staff not attentive and don’t ask how stay was or if any issues. Windows were had condensation on, and thin with outdoor noise. Pillows were flatter than tarmac and no extra pillows in wardrobe. Shower drenched floor and seeped through to hallway.

Conveniently located, very clean, spacious room, I don't think we've activated the heating properly so we remained a little fresher than hoped.
