Asked the front desk about it and the staffer told me that I was wrong and I must have been looking at a third party description…funny I looked up their specific site and it said the same thing! She called my room about 5 minutes later and offered me a different room, I asked if it had a pillow top bed? No, but I would be a different room. I want my darn pillow top beds you promised!! "

"I’ve stayed here a few times. I have a family member that needs hospital care on occasion. This hotel is 10 min from Bailey Medical. There’s a QuickTrip in the parking lot. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is FANTASTIC. Breakfast is decent. Honestly cannot beat this for the price. I believe they also shuttle to the airport. "
