"Peter was super nice, great communication, yes as others have mentioned, he does live on premises but you don’t see him unless you seek him out so you have plenty of privacy.You couldn’t get a better location.And bonus is pantry is right next store which is perfect for bagels and coffee and anything else you need."

"We absolutely loved this house!!! Great communication with owner. Prior rentals broke coffee pot and Jenny sent one following day. Outside showers were exceptionally clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Location is on a quiet block and easy access to town. Loved walking to the beach and passing the beautiful church. Neighbors were friendly and respectful. Would love to rent next year.Respectfully,Jen Proce"

"We had a wonderful time during our stay, the host was very accommodating. Property had plenty of room, very good location, on the main road but at the end of the road. Outside rooftop deck was great, as well as outside area. Rugs could use a good cleaning but otherwise it was fine.Plenty of towels, beach chairs, and bikes. I wish there was more then 1 key, as we all had different schedules."

"Amazing space right next to the beach with lots of amenities, exactly what you'd want for a stay on Fire Island! Hosts were very kind and incredibly responsive, the only slight downside was that some parts of the rental weren't the cleanest (slightly dirty linens, shower could have used a bit of a scrub, found some other guest's clothes left behind, etc), which to give benefit of the doubt may have just been a one-time mess up from the cleaning crew. Otherwise all in all a great stay and would highly recommend!"

"Such a beautiful property! I had a few friends and close family in town for my wedding at Sunset Harbour. Martin, our host, was extremely responsive and answered all my questions before we arrived. The view of the water was amazing, and it was a great place to mingle in between my busy schedule. We didn't get to use the hot tub since we were so busy, but I guess that means my husband and I will just have to return sometime soon!"
