"Professional and kind staff. Clean room. M Lounge was lovely for snacks and breakfast. I requested a bathtub and got a great room with one. Definitely would stay here again. Attended a gala in thr ballroom at the hotel so staying here was very convenient. Great shampoo, conditioner, and body wash."

"We had a great time there, and you can enjoy staying in Boston differently! You can get a river-view room and enjoy it! I loved the glassy elevator; it reminded me of my childhood! The staff was great, and the room was so clean and comfortable. "

"The rooms were very different but hip and cool. Pros: right next to TD Garden (we went to Bruins game) and a short walk to the North End which is our favorite for dinner; easy check in/check out process, although the elevators were confusing; the common area looked like a nice place to hang out outside of the room but we did not use it. Cons: The shower had horrible pressure and only got warm, never hot; the lights were tricky to work, it was an all or nothing deal; there were not face cloths in the room; the king bed was up against the wall on 3 sides, it would be nice if the person on the inside didn't have to crawl over the other person to get out of bed; and the pillows were not comfy. Overall, the location was good and if we were only staying 1 night again, would definitely book a room, but for longer than that, I would probably find another hotel."
