「Room was excellent with perfect little touches such as a stocked fridge with milk and water, lovely toiletries in a perfectly clean and modern en-suite. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet, but complimentary earplugs available anyway 👏」

「Radiators in the room must have been for decoration, there was no heating on a freezing cold night, owners must have known this because on arrival we were handed a tiny fan heater, which made little difference in a big room. Toilet wasnt clean, bathroom light didnt work initially, towels weren't provided until I went to reception and asked for them, bed was uncomfortable. Genuinely glad I didn't pay a huge amount for the room because it is one of the worst stays I've had. Only 2 stars instead of...

「A very warm welcome, and Ann, the proprietor, was very helpful and friendly. Room was very well furnished and presented beautifully- perfect cleanliness. Excellent breakfast as well. Can’t think of anything to improve on. We will return whenever we need to stay over anywhere near Penrith. 」
