There was a lot of noise, buy they had promised noise-reduced rooms. The bed was terrible (hard and felt like lying on a plastic sheet)

We had a fabulous stay here! Ideally located (less than 5 mins from metro and 5-10 mins from Rossio Square). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from check in to check out. A lovely welcoming glass of port when checking it too! Our room was really lovely , with aircon and very spacious. Travelling with my son so requested twin room - 2 lovely large singles and still the room felt very big. Lots of storage space as well as a few comfy chairs. Even had Port in the room as well as bottled water. Bathroom was clean, bath with shower over, plenty of towels and bathrobes. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and lots of choice. Open until 12 too! We especially loved the afternoon coffee & cakes! Would definitely recommend this hotel!
